Jennifer has over 20 years combined experience in music education and performance, including a bachelor's degree from USC. A Los Angeles native, she was the head music teacher at several private schools throughout Southern California--where she taught general music, concert choir, classical piano and rock guitar. She also organized school-wide field trips to radio stations, recording studios and popular music venues, such as the Hollywood Bowl.
Her work as an educator complemented her performance career as well. She released four albums and toured the U.S. extensively for several years. She won "Best Female Vocalist" in a Las Vegas TV competition "StarCaster Live!" (2006) ,"Best Acoustic Artist" in a regional showcase "Sacramento Acoustic Slam" (2009), "Program's Best Music Video" at the Sacramento Music & Film Festival (2010), and made the list for "Best Female Musicians" by CBS Sacramento (2013).
Jennifer has taught at the Center for over 15 years! She and her husband are blessed with two rambunctious kids on Earth and one sweet angel in Heaven.
